Google Adwords Keyword Tool fail!

Some times ago, I have assumed Google Adwords Keyword Tool is not accurate as you’ll suggest. Google Adwords Keyword Tool has not showed me nearly same results as Google Insights Search did.
There I just found, Google Adwords Keyword Tool do it neither itself. What happened to Google? Whom should I believe, now?
